The Melania Pizza website, originally launched as Pizza il Bacio, was built using WordPress, Elementor, and Gravity Forms. From our experience with pizza shop websites, we know that customers primarily seek menu information, which also happens to be the most frequently updated content. When we began working with this client, they were facing a unique challenge: frequent customer confusion with another area restaurant, Pizza al Bacio, who is also our client. Orders were often placed at one restaurant by customers thinking they were ordering from the other, leading to significant operational issues.
To address this, we guided the client through a comprehensive rebranding process. This included creating a new logo, updating their road sign, and revising print menus. The rebranding not only resolved the confusion but also refreshed the restaurant’s identity, helping them stand out more clearly in a competitive market. The website was designed with this new identity in mind, ensuring that the menu and other key information were easily accessible and prominently displayed, ready to adapt to any future changes.
