SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern Media & Technology Group, LLC's (MTG) two-way text-message channel on its toll-free number. They explain what messages you may receive, how you opt in, how to stop messages, message frequency, and cost.

What you receive

When you opt in, MTG sends conversational, account- and service-related text messages: status updates, change-request acknowledgments, billing or hosting notices, scheduling, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing text blasts on this number.

How you opt in

Opt-in is collected in one of three ways:

1. Onboarding agreement. You tick an SMS-consent checkbox when starting service with MTG. The checkbox carries the disclosure text shown below.

2. First-contact confirmation. When you text our number for the first time, we reply with a one-time confirmation containing the disclosure text and asking for a YES reply before any further outbound messaging.

3. Web form. You check the SMS-consent checkbox on a form at mediatech.group (e.g. /contact). The checkbox carries the disclosure text shown below.

Consent is logged with timestamp, channel of capture, and the exact disclosure text shown to you.

By providing your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive account- and service-related text messages from Media & Technology Group, LLC at the number you provided, including messages sent by automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with account activity. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency

Varies based on your account activity. Typically 1–10 messages per month per client.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. MTG does not charge for messages.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to halt all further messages. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To re-opt-in, reply START or contact us.

Carriers

We use a major US carrier-aggregator network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

SMS opt-in data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
