Tivoli

Tivoli is a small community in northeastern Refugio County, on the South Texas coastal plain near the Guadalupe River delta and the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge country. It lives on the farming and ranching of the coastal prairie — cattle, cotton, and grain sorghum — the oil and gas of the region, and the nature tourism drawn by the refuge and the whooping cranes, in a small, predominantly Hispanic community. MediaTech Group builds custom software, automation, and marketing systems for businesses in places exactly like this, and we do it remote-first from York County, Pennsylvania. Distance is no barrier, and we add on-site time when a project warrants the trip.

Do you really work with businesses in a place as small as Tivoli?

Yes. Farms and ranches, oilfield service, nature-tourism operators, and the few local businesses around Tivoli all need the same scheduling, quoting, and invoicing tools, built and run remotely with on-site time when a job calls for it.

How does a Pennsylvania company serve a Tivoli farm or ranch business?

The same way your buyers, operators, and suppliers already work across distance — phone, video, and shared screens, with clear schedules. We have built for farm, ranch, and coastal businesses for years; the Coastal Bend doesn't change our approach.

I run a coastal cattle ranch. Can you build for that?

Yes. We build for ranch work: herds and pastures, grazing, calving and weights and gains, cattle-buyer settlements, hay and feed, and equipment — so a coastal-prairie ranch stays organized in one place.

I farm cotton and grain sorghum. Can you build for the farm?

Yes. We build for farms: fields and acreage, inputs, equipment maintenance, gin and elevator settlements, and seasonal cash flow — all in one place instead of a shoebox of paper.

I run oilfield service too. Can one system cover it all?

Yes. Many families here run a mix. One system can hold herds and grazing, fields and settlements, and oilfield jobs and certs, so the whole operation is in one view.

¿Pueden ayudarnos en español?

Sí. Con gusto atendemos a nuestros clientes en español. Construimos su sitio web y sus sistemas en inglés y español, y nos comunicamos con usted y con su equipo en español durante todo el proyecto.

Can you build for a nature-tourism or guide business near the refuge?

Yes. We build tour and guide booking tools — calendars, online deposits, confirmations, and waivers — so a birding or nature operator near the Aransas refuge and the whooping cranes fills more tours with fewer calls.

Cell coverage is weak out here. Will field tools work?

Yes. We design field tools to cache offline and sync when a signal returns, so a rancher, farmer, or crew with no bars keeps logging work and loses nothing once back in range.

What will a project cost a small Tivoli operation?

It scales to scope. A focused website or one automation is a modest fixed project; a full platform is a phased investment scoped honestly up front. We start with what pays for itself fastest.

Can you build a website so people can find my Tivoli business?

Yes. We build fast, mobile-first sites tuned for local, regional, and nature-tourism search so customers and visitors looking for what you offer around Tivoli find and reach you.

What does automation do for a small operation?

It sends invoices, chases unpaid balances, confirms jobs and tours, and builds your recurring paperwork automatically — so your time goes to the fields, the cattle, and the guests, not the desk.

We're tiny. Too small for you?

No. Owner-run operations are most of our clients. With no office staff to absorb busywork, the smallest outfits often gain the most from the right tool.

Will you keep supporting it after it is built?

We do — ongoing support and improvements as your operation and the seasons change. We aim to be a long-term partner, not a one-and-done vendor.

How do we start without a big commitment?

We start with a short conversation about your operation and where time and money leak out. Then we propose the smallest first project that wins, prove it, and grow from there.

Do you ever come to Tivoli in person?

When a project warrants it — for setup, training, or go-live — we add on-site time and make the trip to the Coastal Bend. Most work stays remote, which keeps us affordable for a small farm-and-ranch operation.
