Boys Ranch is a small community on the Canadian River in northern Oldham County, built around Cal Farley's Boys Ranch — the historic nonprofit children's home and working ranch near the old Tascosa townsite that has cared for and raised young people for generations. It is a place of ranching, youth and family services, education, and the staff, trades, and operations that support a residential community out on the high plains.
