Grant Details
- Grant Value: Up to $10,000 worth of Media & Technology Group services
- Eligibility:
- Must be a 501(c)(3) organization
- Organization must reside in the Central Pennsylvania region
- Central Pennsylvania Region: Includes the following Pennsylvania counties: Adams, Berks, Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Mifflin, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Union, Wyoming, York
- Application Periods: Quarterly based on the calendar year

Our grant program covers a wide range of services, including but not limited to:
- Consulting
- Website design and development
- Process automation with AI
- Digital Marketing
- Systems Installation (smart device, security, network)

How to Apply
- Complete our online application form
- Submit proof of 501(c)(3) designation
- Applications must be submitted before the 15th day of the last month in the quarter to be considered for selection in the upcoming quarter
(e.g., submit by December 15th to be considered for Q1 beginning in January)
Selection Process
All applications are reviewed and selections are made by a committee consisting of equal representation from our in-house team members and local community members (minimum 6 committee members).
Our selection criteria include:
- Projected outcomes and potential impact
- Size and age of the organization
- Availability of other resources or programs that the applicant can use to achieve desired outcomes

A: Yes, this is a requirement for our grant program.
A: Yes, expenses like these will be calculated on an annualized basis and applied against the balance of the grant.
A: The grant program is primarily to cover services. In general, hard costs like materials purchased from a retailer may not be covered by the grant. However, there are cases where we have wholesale or channel partnerships that make certain resources more accessible. In such cases, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Media & Technology Group, LLC to cover those expenses from the balance of the grant.
A: Grant funds will expire 1 calendar year (365 days) from the date they are awarded (first day of the quarter in which the organization was selected as the recipient).
This addition provides clear information about the duration of the grant funds, which is important for recipients to understand and plan their use of the services.
